Biomechs would require large areas, a full arm, half a leg or even a full back.
But this client wanted a biomech heart on his inner forearm, a pretty unusual placement for this subject, which I would have rather seen on the chest and much bigger.
But as they say, “the heart wants what it wants”, and in this case it’s spot on.
